Ayesha Takia

Ayesha Takia Azmi (born April 10 1986) is a former model turned actress from India who primarily was seen in Hindi films. In 2004 Ayesha Takia took home the Filmfare Best Debut Award for her performance as the lead on Taarzan The Wonder Car which made her debut as an actor. The subsequent films she appeared in are Paathshaala (2009) Wanted (2010) Salaam-E-Ishq (2007, 2008) as well as Socha Na Tha (2010). The first time she appeared was in the Complan commercial. Shahid Kapoor and she were in the iconic commercial "I'm Complan girl, I'm Complan boy". She also appeared in the remix of Nahin Nahin Abhi Nahin. The song became a massive popular in India during the period of remixes. It was at this point that she began to receive invitations to play in Bollywood movies. Takia, who was supposed to make her debut in Socha Na Tha due to delays in production, was made aware of Taarzan following her debut. Ayesha showed her moral grit when she publicly criticized the views of their Samajwadi Party Samajwadi Party's MLA Abu Azmi regarding punishing victims of sexual assault. For the PETA ad in India, Ayesha declared that she was a vegan. She was featured in 2006 on the list of Most Beautiful Indian Women. Ayesha Takia's lips, cheeks and eyes have gotten swelling. Fans are devastated Ayesha has yet to be a success within the field of plastic surgery.
